In addition, Diva de Luxe is home to 16 private beauty suites in Milwaukee, WI, where independent professionals grow their businesses in a supportive and professional environment. We also offer classroom rentals, virtual mentorship, and entrepreneurship training programs designed to help beauty professionals build lasting success.

Training Center
To accommodate the educational needs of our students, Diva de Luxe and I.M. Beauty School of Aesthetics offer a wide range of training options in Wisconsin and Arizona.
We provide theory and technique courses tailored to each student’s needs, successfully training beginners as well as advanced artists. Our programs cover eyelash extensions, permanent cosmetic makeup, brows, skincare, waxing, and advanced esthetics.

Diva's Beauty Suites
The doors to Diva de Luxe private beauty suites opened in 2019, serving beauty professionals across the greater Milwaukee area. Conveniently located near I-41 and Silver Spring Drive, our suites offer an ideal location for established and growing beauty entrepreneurs.
Each suite is designed to allow independent contractors including hairstylists, lash artists, nail technicians, estheticians, barbers, makeup artists, and other beauty professionals to accommodate their clientele in a modern, spacious, and professional environment.
We provide affordable and flexible rental options to fit your business needs. Shared leases are also available, making it easier for professionals to launch or expand their brand without unnecessary overhead.

Meet Imani
Imani Ryan is an entrepreneur, educator, mentor, and mother of three who has spent the last decade building a career centered on beauty, business, education, and creating opportunities for others.
A Licensed Aesthetician and Aesthetics Instructor in both Wisconsin and Arizona, Imani began her beauty career in 2015 and founded Diva de Luxe in 2017. What started behind a lash table grew through determination, continued education, and a willingness to take risks—even when she didn't have every step figured out.
While pregnant with her third child, Imani took one of her biggest leaps: moving from working at home to developing her first commercial beauty space. She helped renovate the space herself and funded its growth through the income she earned one client at a time. That first leap eventually grew into nearly 4,000 square feet of commercial space across two properties, a licensed aesthetics school, and a career that has allowed her to train more than 750 beauty professionals.
Imani holds degrees in Entrepreneurship and Liberal Arts and has pursued extensive advanced education throughout her career, including international training in Advanced Russian Volume eyelash extensions and certifications across aesthetics and permanent cosmetics.
But she believes education should never stop once you've earned the degree, received the license, or opened the business.
Imani remains committed to continuous learning and professional development, regularly investing in advanced education, business accelerators, mentorship, and entrepreneurial programs that challenge her to become a stronger leader, educator, and business owner. Even after becoming an instructor herself, she believes in remaining teachable and intentionally putting herself in rooms where she can continue to learn.
That commitment to growth also extends beyond business. As her career has evolved, so has her commitment to community leadership and service. Imani volunteers her time and continues to become more involved in initiatives supporting youth, families, entrepreneurship, and economic opportunity.
Today, she brings everything she has learned—from behind the treatment table, inside the classroom, through entrepreneurship, and through her own successes and setbacks—into the way she teaches, mentors, leads, and serves.
At the center of it all is a simple belief: your current circumstances do not have to determine the size of your future.
For Imani, success isn't simply about what she can build for herself. It's about continuing to grow, staying teachable, opening doors, and using what she has learned to help others build something of their own.
She's still learning. She's still building. And she's just getting started.
